This prestigious two-tower high-rise development—to be located at the prominent intersections of Hollis, Sackville and Grandville Streets—in downtown Halifax, is distinguished by its clean lines of gracefully twisting glass. The 27-storey towers will become the third tallest buildings in Halifax—the northern tower housing a 260-suite hotel, and the southern tower comprised of approximately 250 condominium units. Extensive glazing and the towers’ slight rotation ensure optimal views of Halifax’s adjacent citadel and harbour. A low-rise podium of glass, Algonquin limestone and copper accents, provides retail and office space as well as a rooftop courtyard and adjoining fitness facility.
