17. Downtown Halifax Development

This prestigious two-tower high-rise development—to be located at the prominent intersections of Hollis, Sackville and Grandville Streets—in downtown Halifax, is distinguished by its clean lines of gracefully twisting glass. The 27-storey towers will become the third tallest buildings in Halifax—the northern tower housing a 260-suite hotel, and the southern tower comprised of approximately 250 condominium units.
