Marketing Coordinator
Hariri Pontarini Architects is seeking a candidate to join our Marketing and Communications Department in the role of Marketing Coordinator.
Working within a collaborative team, you will be responsible for leading or assisting in the preparation, production, and delivery of Request for Proposals (RFPs) as well as other communications and marketing material (such as the website, presentations, award submissions and social media).
We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented and has an interest in architecture, design, and writing. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work both independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for an individual who can take initiative and is able to balance competing demands. Experience within the architecture field or with the RFP process is an asset, however, it is not essential. This is a full-time position.

Requirements:
- College or university degree in writing, journalism, communication, marketing, or any other related field;
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign;
- Experience with full Adobe Creative Suite is an asset but not essential; and
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines at any one time.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, working within the department and across all levels within the studios (including Associate and Partner level)
