Located in downtown Toronto, Casey House is a specialty HIV/AIDS hospital with community programs including home nursing care and outreach. The project involves the renovation of an existing heritage property and the incorporation of a new 58,000-square-foot facility that will expand their capacity to serve those living with HIV/AIDS in the community. The video explores the inspiration for the architectural design, the impact of the new facility and the benefits achieved through IO's AFP process.
