Situated in the heart of downtown Barrie, the MacLaren Art Centre was designed with the idea of the art gallery as a community centre; a place to come together to view and discuss art. We were honoured to sit with William Moore, the former Executive Director, and Hanne Fynbo, the former Managing Director for a retrospective on the vision and goals that led to this defining project.
