Urban Toronto is following the construction process of Massey Tower which has now reached grade. The 60 storey tower for MOD Developments includes the historic Canadian Bank of Commerce which has been vacant since the 1980s, and is just north of the Queen subway station and across the street from the Eaton Centre.
