Siamak Hariri Spoke at German Steel Construction Forum

November 12, 2014 — Events, Press, Siamak Hariri

Founding Principal Siamak Hariri presented his lecture:  "Attractors: The 20 Year Story of our Practice" at Deutscher Stahlbautag (German Steel Construction Forum) in Hannover, Germany. The successful talk focused on Hariri Pontarini Architects' 20 year practice culminating in the 10 year process to design and build the Bahá’í Temple of South America. The House of Worship, expected to be completed by 2016, has a slim profile, structural steel frame. The nine-sided wing-like components are made up of hundreds of individually engineered members and nodal connections resting on a concrete substructure set on seismic isolation pads.
