1-7 Yonge Redevelopment is part of the Lower Yonge Precinct, a series of underused or empty lots between the Gardiner and Queens Quay stretching from Yonge Street to Jarvis Street that together. The area includes the neighbouring LCBO Lands, and the easternmost lot currently occupied by a Loblaws store.
