11 Bay

Toronto, ON

11 Bay is a new mixed-use development overlooking Toronto’s Waterfront. Rising to 54 storeys, the proposed development features a 5-storey podium that will include a new, state-of-the-art conference centre, 8 storeys of mid-building office terraces, and a 41-storey office tower. Drawing inspiration from its landmark site, 11 Bay is poised to become an important civic destination, enhancing the downtown core while providing spaces for social, cultural, and community gathering along the Waterfront.

The building’s form, materials, and massing are all focused on introducing transparency, connectivity, and increased pedestrian access to the block. A dynamic glass and fin façade creates a playful rhythm that accentuates the proportions of the building and breaks the tower mass, while unifying the conference, office podium, and tower portions of the development.

Situated in a highly walkable neighbourhood, 11 Bay prioritizes active transportation and public transit, providing connections to bike lanes, the existing Bay Street streetcar, the future LRT extension along Queens Quay, and the pedestrian PATH network.
