    Hariri Pontarini design inc. is designing the interior commercial and public spaces of the prominent 410 Front Street project, currently under construction. 410 Front Street will prominently anchor The Well, a new, pedestrian-oriented mixed use neighbourhood also being designed by HPA. Consisting of 34 storeys of offices atop a two-storey retail podium, the building will become a gateway between the shops, residences, and businesses of The Well and the King Street West neighbourhood. The airy quality of the ground floor, made possible by the design flexibility afforded by a side-loaded elevator core, will enable pedestrian flow through and between spaces. The brilliant, friendly design will boast desirable amenities, like gourmet coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores.

      The two-story commercial  lobby will feature a green wall lined with textured moss and natural wood, complementing the dark polished concrete floor and white marble finishes.

      The communal commercial areas are designed to create dynamic spaces with multi-level connections to other multi-purpose spaces.

      The interior public spaces are designed to emphasize the benefits of an interconnected and vibrant space to live, work, and play.  Made up of three large interconnected floor plates, the sky-lit Atrium space acts as an office lobby and assembly area.
