The new workplace for Mosaic Venture Partners is located on one floor of the iconic flatiron-style Gooderham Building in downtown Toronto. Designed to respect the qualities of the existing architecture, all workspaces and conference rooms integrate old and new finishes. Existing wood-framed windows and exposed masonry and brick walls juxtapose with waxed steel glazing frames, glass, polished plaster, Italian stone, black granite, butcher block, stainless steel, and custom-designed Italian walnut furniture. Transparent and translucent glazing define work areas, framing views of the complementary palette across and through the office space.
