Sherway Gardens

The Sherway Gardens master plan will be a future-minded development, accommodating for growth and transforming an underutilized part of the city into a vibrant mixed-use community that is steps away from the CF Sherway Gardens Mall. This addition will introduce a mix of residential, office, and retail space to the site by way of four new towers reaching 30 to 45 storeys in height, as well as a number of community amenities. The streetscapes will be activated through a verdant 3,061 sq.m park and a network of open public spaces and the designs integrated will account for future transit potential in the area and current proximity to the highway. The master plan will also include a multi-use trail along the surrounding Queensway and landscaped pedestrian pathways and versatile streets to better connect users of the site to the shopping mall and other amenities. The Sherway Gardens neighbourhood presents the opportunity to create a strong sense of place and will aim to redefine the area, urbanizing it into a cohesive, live-work-play community and connecting the diverse users of the area to all their day-to-day needs.
