Asad is inspired by the intersection of technology and design and the hands-on journey of guiding projects from start to finish. As an Associate, he leads teams on HPA's master planning and mixed-use projects, bringing a high attention to detail, strong leadership and work ethic, and efficiency in technical drawings. He presents optimistic solutions to technical challenges at every scale. His proficiency in producing 3D models, designs, and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with the Ontario Building Code, makes him a strong asset to any design team he is part of.
With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of spatial planning, Asad brings creativity and precision to every stage of the process. His expertise includes master planning, façade development, interior layouts, and efficient space optimization. He is adept at balancing aesthetic aspirations with technical feasibility. Understanding both the macro scale of master planning and the micro scale of detailing, Asad is passionate about contributing spaces that impact communities and cities in a positive way.
Asad’s extensive portfolio includes major developments including the Square One Masterplan and Block 22 on the same site, 2400-2444 Yonge Street, M6 M-City towers, Mayfair West in Vancouver.
