David is an integral member of the HPA team who has built a strong portfolio specializing in high-rise construction and working on some of the firm’s most prominent projects. As a Senior Project Manager, David is involved in all stages of a project’s design from design development and site plan approval to working drawings and contract administration. With over 20 years of experience working on mid to high-rise mixed-use and residential projects, David’s expertise and professional knowledge are a great asset to the HPA team. His outstanding ability to manage complex projects through to completion is essential to his role as a Senior Project Manager. 

As Senior Project Manager, David’s primary responsibilities are to advise on potential strategies to achieve the firm’s design objectives, oversee the preparation of construction documents, coordinate code compliance, materials specifications, and assist HPA’s designers in conducting construction administration services. He also participates in HPA’s internal peer review process where he consults teams concerning quality control and assurance.
