As Director of Architectural Sustainability, Germán collaborates on projects of various scales and complexity to develop, guide, and ensure the strategic implementation of the firm’s sustainable practices. Leveraging his experience in sustainable architecture and building science, Germán plays an integral role in monitoring and evaluating the firm’s environmental design impact. Specialized in embodied carbon analysis, low energy buildings and passive house design, Germán employs his in-depth industry knowledge to lead HPA’s environmental strategy.
