With over 18 years of industry experience, John has extensive practice in managing projects from schematic design through to construction and project completion. John is an integral member of the Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA) team, applying his many years of experience working on mixed-use high rise projects. Joining HPA in 2008 as an intern architect, John is currently an Associate and Senior Project Manager who efficiently leads projects through each phase of the building process, focusing on contract administration, management of development applications and municipal permit applications. John skillfully manages large complex projects and successfully delivers projects on tight schedules.  

As Senior Project Manager, John’s primary responsibilities are to advise on potential strategies to achieve the firm’s design objectives, oversee the preparation of construction documents, coordinate both code and zoning compliance, materials specifications, and provide oversight throughout construction administration. He also participates in HPA’s internal peer review process where he consults teams concerning quality control and assurance.
