Joining Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA) in 2012, Maurice has over 22 years of experience working on a wide range of projects. As Director of Operations, Maurice is responsible for the leadership and management of the technical operations within the firm. He is essential in the development of the firm’s high-rise residential and mixed-use pursuits, and, for implementing new protocol for the internal management of all stages of design and implementation. Maurice establishes budgets, creates schedules, and oversees resource allocation for new business while ensuring project delivery success. Maurice’s extensive experience in dealing with municipal authorities and stakeholder groups has contributed to his extensive expertise in managing and coordinating both privately and publicly funded schemes. Overseeing the technical operations of millions of square feet of projects under construction within the GTA, Maurice is essential to the everyday workings and success of the firm.

As Director of operations, Maurice works closely to ensure projects stay within deadlines and budgets. He serves as a mentor and coach for teams and individuals within firm and has been instrumental in shaping HPA’s operational and organizational methodologies.
