With over 20 years of industry experience in consulting, design, and construction, Michelle has managed projects and accounts for job sites across North America, Asian and the UK. An inquisitive and logic-driven senior member of the Operations team, she excels at optimizing procedures, fostering studio and cross departmental collaboration and processes. Known for her organizational skills, experience in large and complex developments, detail-oriented methods, Michelle drives operational improvements while supporting studio resourcing, contracting and project budget oversight, and client relations.

By bridging the firm’s various departments, she orchestrates a cohesive and efficient system founded on trust, mutual respect, and continuous processes of improvement towards growth. Michelle’s call to architecture started in university with understanding the built environment to the process of collaborative community response, and practicality on methods of construction. Her career brought her to multi-disciplinary design studios, large retailer corporations and back to architecture to surround herself with the enjoyment of contributing to the process and inner workings of a thriving architecture office.
