Nadine is a licensed architect with 15 years of experience in mid to high-rise mixed-use and residential buildings. With extensive experience overseeing a diversely scaled portfolio of projects as a Project Manager, Nadine is a highly motivated member of the HPA team who is involved in all stages of a project from rezoning/site plan approval to contract administration during construction. Nadine ensures each project is delivered on-time and on-budget, specializing in document production, scheduling, and management as it relates to the scope at various stages of the project.

As Senior Project Architect, Nadine coordinates with various stakeholders, consultants, and design teams, overseeing projects in all design phases through to construction. Nadine leads teams through day-to-day operations, ensuring that our clients’ expectations are met with regard to schedule, budget, and deliverables.
