As an Associate and Senior Project Manager, Nathan mentors multidisciplinary design teams through the various stages of a project, overseeing every detail from design to completion. Nathan is our BIM Manager and is responsible for integrating new technologies and standards, guiding the way our firm uses BIM technology to deliver complex, successful projects. With over 12 years of architectural experience specializing in mixed-use high-rise developments, Nathan has the capacity to lead complex projects to success while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and mentoring team members within the firm.

As Senior Project Manager, Nathan’s primary responsibilities are to advise on potential strategies to achieve the firm’s design objectives, oversee the preparation of construction documents, coordinate code compliance, and materials specifications. Working closely with contractors and trades, Nathan is crucial in field reviews as he provides valuable site condition solutions. He also participates in HPA’s internal peer review process where he consults teams concerning quality control and assurance.
