Director, Workplace Operations
Paloma is the Director of Workplace Operations responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of HPA’s office. She ensures that all employees have a positive experience in the workplace by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Paloma manages the workplace budget and works to plan for future needs and expenses and oversees relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency. In addition, Paloma plans and organizes employee events, building community, and opportunities for learning and socializing.
