With 23 years of experience, Patrick has a passion for architecture and a strong appreciation for designs and the correct implementation of their details. Patrick has undertaken and enjoyed the challenges of leading complex projects from start to finish, including schematic design, design development, construction drawings, consultant coordination, contractor interaction, material selection and reviewing mock-ups and client interactions. Patrick oversees daily operations, staffing, project management and contract documents.

As Director of Operations, Patrick works closely to ensure projects stay within deadlines and budgets. He serves as a mentor and coach for teams and individuals within the firm and has been instrumental in shaping HPA’s operational and organizational methodologies.
