As an Associate and Senior Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in the field, Ray is a valued member of the Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA) team. Ray has an extensive background in 3D visualization and project management and has a sound knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. He is currently the senior technical lead on Artists’ Alley and Garrison Point; two mixed-use developments in downtown Toronto.

Ray’s primary responsibilities are to advise on potential strategies to achieve the firm’s design objectives, oversee the preparation of construction documents, coordinate code compliance, materials specifications, and assist HPA’s designers in conducting construction administration services. He also participates in HPA’s internal peer review process where he consults teams concerning quality control and assurance.
