Occupying the top two floors of the recently completed 7 St. Thomas commercial building, the interior fit-out of the Tricon Capital office takes advantage of the penthouse space with large windows that allow for generous natural light and expansive views onto the streetscape below. 7 St. Thomas, a project lead by David Pontarini, is a 100,000 square foot mixed-use development around the corner from the busy Bay/Bloor intersection. Above the three-storey podium that integrates six heritage townhouses is a nine-storey tower that houses the new Tricon Capital office. The sleek, undulating ceramic-fritted curtain wall sets the tone for the modern interior of the Tricon Capital’s new two-storey space.
