The WELL - 410 Front Street Interior

Our Interiors team were responsible for designing the interior commercial  and public spaces of the prominent 410 Front Street project, currently under construction. 410 Front Street will prominently anchor The Well, a new, pedestrian-oriented mixed use neighbourhood also being designed by HPA. Consisting of 34 Storeys of offices atop a two-storey retail podium, the building will become a gateway between the shops, residences, and businesses of The Well and the King Street West neighbourhood. 

Each of the three lobbies follow the language and palette of the building’s Architecture. The largest, most prominent lobby is situated at the corner of Spadina & Front Streets and will feature a unique 2-storey high green wall which integrates slabs of lumber, reclaimed from neighbouring building sites. The 6 meter satin steel fins create a veil around the vaulted, airy space to create occasions of privacy for the mezzanine level amenity rooms and cantilevered balconies. A 3 level cafe is the final touch to create a dynamic, lively lobby offering tenants a space for casual meeting or a space to work away from their desks.
